Breakfast Ideas on the way...

I myself am always indecisive when it comes to prepare my breakfast, also because I usually have it very early in the morning, so I decided to write down some cute and easy ideas, that do not leave out groggy people like me.



  1. Toasted Bread with Hummus and fresh tomatoes 
  2. Toasted Bread with Guacamole and Feta Cheese
  3. Toasted Bread with Guacamole and roasted paprika chickpeas
  4. Chocolate and Raspberries oatmeal
  5. Egg Muffins with veggies (that would be meal prepped)
  6. Greek Yogurt with granola, blueberries and chia seeds
  7. Chia Pudding with strawberries on top
  8. Rice Cakes with avocados and tomatoes on top
  9. Last but not least Smoothies, for which an entire article will follow

DAY 1, so far so good

Hi gorgeous,  How is it going today?  I had a super good start! actually woke up at 7, instead of 7.30, walked 3 kms, had a meditation session (soon i'll be able to write an entire post about my experience), and all of that without ever looking at my phone all morning, except of course for the meditating app.  Yesterday I had in fact deleted the instagram app on my phone, as well as the tik tok one, and, guess what, I feel better already, and more self concious of the actions i undertake.  I instead put a Pinterest widget on my home screen on which photos of my inspiring board are shown hourly, so far it has helped get my motivation in.  The breakfast i cooked myself this morning consisted of an egg, a slice of bread, and my coffee, which had all been anticipated by a big ass water glass with some fresh lemon juice.  I read on some article that if you drink coffee first thing in the morning, the natural amount of caffeine that your body naturally produces s...

Benefits of Lemon Water

 How can fresh lemon juice in the morning benefit our body? I think that everyone has already heard about the miracles that fresh lemon juice and water can achieve in the mornings.  However, how many of us do actually know what are exactly those benefits? I myself, realized that, even if it was a part of my routine, I did not know anything in particular about that miracle drink.  After many reasarches, I've come up with a list of benefits that this famous habit will give us.  What to pay attention to before starting: Before we dive into the list however, there are some things to which we shall pay attention when assuming lemon juice.  Do it first thing in the morning , and try not to eat or drink anything before 10 minutes after.  Drink the FRESH(!!!) lemon juice in a glass of 14 ounces (400 milliliters) of water .
