Benefits of Lemon Water

 How can fresh lemon juice in the morning benefit our body? I think that everyone has already heard about the miracles that fresh lemon juice and water can achieve in the mornings.  However, how many of us do actually know what are exactly those benefits? I myself, realized that, even if it was a part of my routine, I did not know anything in particular about that miracle drink.  After many reasarches, I've come up with a list of benefits that this famous habit will give us.  What to pay attention to before starting: Before we dive into the list however, there are some things to which we shall pay attention when assuming lemon juice.  Do it first thing in the morning , and try not to eat or drink anything before 10 minutes after.  Drink the FRESH(!!!) lemon juice in a glass of 14 ounces (400 milliliters) of water .

Breakfast Ideas on the way... I myself am always indecisive when it comes to prepare my breakfast, also because I usually have it very early in the morning, so I decided to write down some cute and easy ideas, that do not leave out groggy people like me.
