Hi gorgeous, How is it going today? I had a super good start! actually woke up at 7, instead of 7.30, walked 3 kms, had a meditation session (soon i'll be able to write an entire post about my experience), and all of that without ever looking at my phone all morning, except of course for the meditating app. Yesterday I had in fact deleted the instagram app on my phone, as well as the tik tok one, and, guess what, I feel better already, and more self concious of the actions i undertake. I instead put a Pinterest widget on my home screen on which photos of my inspiring board are shown hourly, so far it has helped get my motivation in. The breakfast i cooked myself this morning consisted of an egg, a slice of bread, and my coffee, which had all been anticipated by a big ass water glass with some fresh lemon juice.
