The Start of it All, with you

 Hi everyone, i am so happy to be starting this new adventure with you (quite sure nobody is going to read any of this but pretending helps), let me tell you a bit about me. 

My name is Eve, I am 20, and today, August 30th I decided that my life needed to be turned upside down for the better. I am a very emotional girl, that most of the times gets stuck in others' feelings and starts acting consequentially. This morning i realized all at once that up until today i had lived my life only to please others, and rarely to make my life happier on my exclusive point of view. 

I want to emphasize the fact that i am not rejecting the altruistic side of my personality, in fact i actually love that about it, but i realized that i absolutely need to put my interest concerning my health and happiness first than others', especially since those other people never acted in my best interest at all. 

Life is short and i decided that i want to live it all to the fullest while being happy and healthy.

I really do hope that the decision that i have made of opening this blog will help any of you that feel like I do, to revolution your lives together with me.

Hoping that in the following days i will be able to upload my own pics (rn i am terribly unpresentable) I want to share with you gals the actual goals and projects i have thought of, be ready for a THE MOST INSPIRING DAY PLAN. ps: I would love to read yours. 

  1. I want to wake up at a decent time, the earliest i can, since I do know the benefits that it gives to your mood. What do you think would be the best time? i would love to be able to do 5 a.m. but we all know it is quite impossible... I think imma go with 7.30 πŸ’€
  2. This point is CRUCIAL, as i wake up, NO PHONE for at least 30 minutes, in that time i would love to writ you guys or read a book. 
  3. I know this is the go-to for healthy girls on tiktok but i thin it would make me and my skin feel better, so I will be sure to drink a big ass water bottle. Half a liter (i can do it). 
  4. Plan my GORGEOUS DAY on a sheetapaper
  5. Go for a walk, or MAAAAYBE, i could even be running for a very short period of time
  6. I plan to be home for 8.30, shower, skincare (i still need to figure this one out, i am not very practical)
  7. Point 7, It is certainly my favourite, I am in fact a foodie, yes. BREAKFAST, rigorously healthy and yummy. 
  8. I will unfortunately be studying for the rest of the day
But yes, i am quite satisfied with this list (read it with an ancient British accent).

Now, some miscellaneous for you and me (drastic, i know, but needed)
  • BYE INSTAGRAM, BYE TIKTOK, i am sorry but it is necessary for me.
  • I would love to start MEDITATING, i know there are many apps that help you do that if you have like me never tried it before, i will try them out and post them for you in the next days. 
  • Reading, this is one of the points i want to emphasize the most. I would love to replace the moments in which i usually spent time on instagram with reading sessions, since i feel like they would relax me more. I am going to post a list of books i am willing to read this year as well as the feedback of every of those i will read (if anyπŸ˜‡). 
  • Exercising will be a big part of my year, i used to play volleyball but stopped because of an accident i had, two years ago now, but this year i would love to find another team and continue playing. Maybe i will try to go to volleyball practice AND to the gym if i manage to do so. I would also love to share my gym routine with you. 
  • Working, even if it might seem timely to be working and attending full classes at university, i would love to find a part time job as an english teacher for children or also as a babysitter. 
  • Eating Healthy is a very delicate topic for me, i have always struggled with diets for my whole life, right now i am not feeling confident of how my body looks and feels, therefore, i would love to promise you and myself to be taking care of this issue and not to vent my emotions on food, otherwise, to do it here to you guys, hoping that you will open yourselves with me too. 

It was very nice this little chat we had and I feel very inspired to start this beautiful journey with you now.

DAY 1, so far so good

Benefits of Lemon Water

 How can fresh lemon juice in the morning benefit our body? I think that everyone has already heard about the miracles that fresh lemon juice and water can achieve in the mornings.  However, how many of us do actually know what are exactly those benefits? I myself, realized that, even if it was a part of my routine, I did not know anything in particular about that miracle drink.  After many reasarches, I've come up with a list of benefits that this famous habit will give us.  What to pay attention to before starting: Before we dive into the list however, there are some things to which we shall pay attention when assuming lemon juice.  Do it first thing in the morning , and try not to eat or drink anything before 10 minutes after.  Drink the FRESH(!!!) lemon juice in a glass of 14 ounces (400 milliliters) of water .
